What is a separator? Solutions for sorting products in boxes
Separator is the internal arrangement part that separates the products in the box or keeps them in a certain position. Partitioned structures can help reduce contact of sensitive surfaces.
What should you evaluate?
Compartment size must meet product tolerances and packaging movement. Too tight placement can make product removal difficult; Too much space may cause unwanted movement.
The next step for your project
Do not design the separator independently of the outer box. Box internal size, material thickness and number of compartments should be checked on the same sample.
